End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") is a legal agreement between You ("User", "You") and Another Level Games ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing Your use of Monkey Bunch and any other software, games, or applications published by the Company (together, the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible device that You own or control.

This license does not grant You any ownership interest in the Software. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved by the Company and its licensors.

2. Restrictions

You agree that You will not, and will not permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or Your license to use it;
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product or service;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software;
  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Software;
  • Exploit bugs or errors in the Software in a way that disrupts other users' experience or gives an unfair advantage;
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

3. Accounts

Some features of the Software may require You to create an account or connect a third-party account (such as Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or our community guidelines, at Our reasonable discretion.

4. User Conduct and Community Content

The Software includes social and multiplayer features. You agree to treat other users respectfully and to comply with any community guidelines posted on Our Discord or other official channels. The Company may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access for users who engage in harassment, hate speech, cheating, or other conduct that harms the community.

5. Virtual Items and Cosmetics

The Software may include virtual items, cosmetics, or currency ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to You, not sold. The Company may modify, remove, or rebalance Virtual Items at its discretion, including during Alpha or Beta testing periods.

6. Alpha / Beta Software

Titles marked as Alpha, Beta, or otherwise in active development are provided on an experimental basis. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice, and progress, items, or accounts may be reset as development continues. The Software is provided "as is" during these periods without warranty of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all associated art, code, audio, and design, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to You.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Software.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate or suspend Your license at any time, with or without notice, if You fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in Your possession.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify You of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
